Company History
The origin of Expert Boiler Repair and Welding, Inc. dates back to 1928 when the company was originally founded by the Hagg family and called Marine Engineering. Our great uncle, Joe Neimeir, was an employee of Marine Engineering. In the early 1950’s the owners of the company offered to sell him the firm. Hence, Expert Boiler Repair & Welding, Inc. was formed.
Our dad, Joseph Meszaros, Sr., a Hungarian immigrant, became employed at Expert Boiler in 1959. He learned the business from top to bottom and in 1974 he and another employee purchased the company. In 1995, my brother Christian and I took control of the company. We have continued to grow and have since formed two additional companies under the Expert Boiler Repair mantle. Punch N Vac Boiler Cleaning, Inc. and Expert Plumbing, Inc. We can now handle all your boiler related needs.
